OUR PASTORS
The Bible encourages us to regularly take of Communion so that we will never forget the sacrifice that Jesus made for our sins. Families will take the communion as families and then have the chance to discuss the impact that Christ's death and resurrection has had on each of them. Men are encouraged to lead their family through this time of remembering Jesus' sacrif
The pastor-elder team at The Champions sees their role as that of especially coming alongside husbands and fathers to equip and encourage them to be the greatest leaders in their homes that they can be. The pastor-elder team is commissioned with leading the church family, but not in a manner that downplays the importance of fathers, but elevating them to their God-given positions of Family Leaders.
Our prayer is that the “Men of The Champions” will increasingly be known to our church family as a group that can be turned to for trusted leadership that will be boldly and humbly exerted day in and day out in the home, and then wherever needed throughout the church family. The church can find security in the arms of their leadership. Not because they are simply great men, but because they whole-heartedly serve the God of The Champions. The young men of this church will not have to look for any youth group or club to service their needs for adventure or community. The young men of this church will be invited to join the “Men of the Champions” as soon as they are ready. There they will learn what it means to be a real man for Jesus.

Our prayer for you is that the God of all grace anoint you with fresh oil and His precious Spirit illuminate the Word as you read. May He empower you to effectively communicate to others the vibrant hope that He has given you to persevere the struggles that you have overcome and continue to overcome.
Furthermore, my wife and I pray that your home be a reflection of the joy and peace that God has promised to all of His children who follow Him. We bless your children, the fruit of your body. We speak life into your marriage, your ministry and your mission.
As you lay down at night we pray for more than sleep. We pray for rest. Rest in Him and arise refreshed for we need you. Your prayers, your support and your love are important to us. So we pray you will take care of yourself.
